Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for brochures, banners, posters, reports, presentations, and digital media.
• Create visual materials for training manuals, lectures, and educational content.
• Support the design of social media creatives, video thumbnails, and short promotional materials for recruitment and defence awareness.
• Collaborate with trainers and administrative teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual content.
• Assist in video editing, slide formatting, and multimedia creation for events and online training modules.
• Maintain the visual identity of the institute by adhering to branding standards and protocols.
• Archive all design files and maintain backups for future reference.
• Coordinate with print vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality output for print materials.
