Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing needs into compelling visuals. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, print materials, and branding assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, website visuals, and other marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and enhance the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to understand project goals and develop creative solutions.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm, draft, and refine design concepts that meet client or team objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Adaptability: Modify existing designs and update graphics as required to meet changing requirements or specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
• Creativity: A strong sense of visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present design ideas and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
