Property Marketing:

• Create visually appealing marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, flyers, virtual tours, and social media posts.
• Design captivating visuals for property websites and online advertising campaigns.
• Develop floor plans, 3D renderings, and other visual aids to showcase property features.

Brand Development:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand guidelines.
• Design marketing collaterals, such as presentations, company brochures, and signage.
• Create visually engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic photography and videography techniques is beneficial.
• Knowledge of video editing skills preferred.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in the real estate industry (preferred)
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on real estate projects .
