About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for both print and digital platforms while managing the company’s social media presence to strengthen our brand identity and reach.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design

• Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, product packaging, labels, and other promotional content.
• Create visuals for digital platforms including website, emailers, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the prepress and production teams to ensure design accuracy and print quality.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication across all materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for better performance.
• Run social media campaigns and coordinate with internal teams for product launches or events.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and social media management (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industry).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
• Understanding of social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
