Graphic Designer / DTP Operator

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout brochures, flyers, packaging, catalogs, manuals, and digital creatives as per brand guidelines.
• Format and typeset text, tables, charts, and images using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw or similar tools.
• Prepare print‑ready files, including bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and pre‑press checks.
• Edit and optimize images (cropping, resizing, basic color correction) for print and digital use.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, styles, spacing, and overall visual hierarchy across all materials.
• Coordinate with team members, marketing, and print vendors to finalize output and meet deadlines.

Required skills and experience

• 1–3 years of experience as DTP Designer/Operator, Desktop Publisher, or Graphic Designer.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw and Photoshop; familiarity with MS Office for content import.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and basic print production.
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
