Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Executive Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design (Coreldraw) and a flair for high-impact visual storytelling. You will lead creative initiatives across digital, print, and product touchpoints, helping elevate Beauty Garage’s visual identity.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

✦ Creative Execution & Design Ownership

• Conceptualize and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, packaging, catalogs, retail collaterals, and trade materials.
• Develop packaging designs that are innovative, functional, brand-aligned, and production-ready.

✦ Brand Consistency & Innovation

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all creative platforms.
• Propose fresh visual directions aligned with beauty and lifestyle trends.

✦ Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and e‑commerce teams to execute integrated brand campaigns.
• Guide and mentor junior designers when needed.

✦ Project & Workflow Management

• Handle multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Liaise with printers, vendors, and packaging suppliers for final production and quality control.

What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with proven expertise in packaging design.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, packaging, and marketing assets.

• Strong attention to detail and layout.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and design trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
