Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of visually strong training decks, posters and communication materials.You will primarily design using Canva, turning content into clean, polished, professional outputs that will form the essence of our training programs.

This role is perfect for students, freshers, or freelance designers seeking real-world experience and impactful portfolio work.

What You’ll Do

• Design training decks and visually appealing presentation material.
• Create posters, flyers, digital graphics for internal and external communication.
• Work primarily in Canva using templates + basic customisation.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the design & communications team to understand requirements.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and improve design quality.
• Support other creative needs across projects when required.
• You’ll collaborate with a Design Consultant who will brief you on visual direction and help refine your designs.

• Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Design / Visual CommunicationOR a strong portfolio of personal design projects
• Available to commit ~25 hours/week
• Open to interns, freshers, and freelancers

Duration: 2 months (extendable by 1 month if needed)Working Style: Flexible timings but strict with deadlinesLocation: Mumbai (remote-friendly for freelancers if deliverables are met)
