About the Role

As a Retail Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our merchandise across multiple categories. From concept to creation, your designs will bring our brands to life-whether through packaging, signage, or retail products.

What You'll Do

• Design consumer products that reflect our brand values and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling, on-brand merchandise
• Conduct market research and apply insights to product development
• Create digital and print-ready designs for packaging and signage
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, working closely with VM, Retail Merchandise, and Operations teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the design process

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Design (Master's is a plus)
• 5-7 years in product design, preferably in multi-brand retail
• Strong background in working with licensed IPs and brand guidelines
• Experience across GCC markets is a bonus
• Proficiency in CAD, Illustrator, Sketch
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
