Graphic Designer / Sr Graphic Designer / Art Director

We are looking for creative Designers and Art Directors who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love creating powerfully conceptual, emotional, witty, beautiful and stylish work.

Strong demonstrated skill in campaign concepting, long format editorial document design (for print and on screen), and paid social campaigns is required for this position. Motion design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate clear, compelling, innovative ideas and concepts
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
• Produce beautiful, award-worthy work from concept to production within deadlines
• Communicate direction clearly to team members who are partnering on production
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Requirements

• Proven working experience
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• An amazing portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Healthcare experience a plus, motion experience a plus, UX skills a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
