Graphics Designer for E Commerce Company

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our design team. Your main responsibilities will be to recreate customer logos, prepare high-quality DTF print files, and produce accurate product mock-ups for customer approval for production. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive clean, professional designs and a smooth ordering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recreate and vectorise customer logos in clean, print-ready formats.
• Prepare accurate DTF gang sheets / tiles for printing.
• Create high-quality mock-ups based on customer requirements, product type and print positions.
• Ensure all mock-ups follow brand guidelines, placement rules and correct sizing.
• Review customer artwork for quality issues and advise if changes are required.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure all files match production standards.
• Make revisions quickly based on customer feedback.
• Maintain organised file management for all orders.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Ability to vectorise low-quality logos and recreate them accurately.
• Understanding of print processes (DTF, screen printing, embroidery – preferred).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and placement rules.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
