We are in need of an experienced Grill Chef (CDP) with strong expertise in both Arabic grills and Continental grilled dishes, including steaks and mixed grills, along with practical butchery knowledge. The role also requires familiarity with Continental main course preparation and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, season, and cook grilled dishes in line with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage both Arabic and Continental grill sections efficiently during service.
  • Perform butchery tasks including trimming, portioning, and marination.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of meat and seafood products.
  • Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in grill and butchery techniques.
  • Assist in the preparation of Continental main courses and side dishes as required.

Qualifications & Experience & Specifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel, restaurant, or catering operation.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and Continental grill techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, portion control, and butchery skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Previous experience in large-scale or industrial catering operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Continental sauces and accompaniments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Grill Chef: 4 years (Required)
