Group Media Representative - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Group Media Representative to serve as the external voice of a leading UAE based investment holding group. This senior level role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic marketing, corporate communications, and financial storytelling. You will be responsible for shaping the Groups public image, promoting its diverse portfolio of businesses, and articulating its financial and strategic achievements to a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Groups official spokesperson across media engagements, press briefings, and industry events.
• Develop and execute integrated media and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight the Groups financial performance, strategic initiatives, and market leadership.
• Collaborate with senior executives to translate complex financial data into accessible, impactful messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Lead the creation of high impact content including press releases, investor communications, speeches, and thought leadership articles.
• Monitor media coverage and market trends to inform proactive communication strategies.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all external communications, aligning with the Groups brand and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or marketing, with a strong focus on financial or investment sectors.
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate financial results, KPIs, and strategic plans to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and public speaking.
• Experience managing high-profile media interactions and sensitive communications.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
