Key Responsibility Areas:

  • To formulate brand plans on principles of Marketing Excellence, converting observations into insights and deriving at a communication and marketing plan to drive results. Driving execution of plan on time in full is also a key result area for the role
  • To partner with cross functional teams for planning and execution of brand plan
  • To drive planning and spending of A&P aligned with the activities identified, timelines and market priorities
  • To create customer portraits and targeted communication basis behavioral segmentation via available omnichannel marketing
  • To identify market opportunities and propose new products considering fitment in the existing portfolio along with a sound medical and commercial rationale, to craft the GTM strategies for the new products
