As Groups, Conferences and Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of event planning and execution, from the first inquiry to the final farewell. You will ensure that each event reflects the distinctive elegance and bespoke service synonymous with the LXR brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage all group, conference, and event business from enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless guest journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, F&B, Operations, and Revenue teams to maximize event profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee event planning, detailing, and on-site coordination to deliver flawless experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Events team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Analyze performance, feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a pre-opening or high-profile events environment.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A creative approach to event design and guest engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury service and the ability to translate brand vision into extraordinary experiences.
