Growth Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Growth Executive (Fresh Graduate) with outstanding communication skills to support our business development and marketing efforts across global markets. The ideal candidate is articulate, curious, and eager to learn how to convert conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients and partners.
• Write clear, professional emails, proposals, and outreach messages.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and new business opportunities.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns through follow-ups and lead tracking.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions.
• Participate in strategy sessions and contribute ideas for growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written (must-have).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or Upwork bidding will be a strong plus.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
