As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all efforts related to digital growth marketing. You’ll manage Google and Bing search campaigns, oversee paid and organic social strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.
You’ll blend creative storytelling with analytical precision — optimizing campaigns for performance while building a brand that resonates across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role for someone who loves testing, iterating, and driving impact in a fast-paced SaaS start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Search (SEM)
Own all Google Ads and Microsoft Bing campaigns, including brand and non-brand search.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid optimization to maximize ROI.
Monitor performance daily and report on KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve conversion efficiency.
Paid & Organic Social Media
Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube to generate qualified leads and brand awareness.
Develop and oversee an organic social media strategy to engage audiences, highlight company culture, and amplify thought leadership.
Plan, schedule, and publish consistent, on-brand content across all channels using social media management tools.
Optimize content and ad performance through continuous experimentation and data analysis.
Growth & Performance Optimization
Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive pipeline growth and user acquisition.
Analyze performance data, build dashboards, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
Run A/B and multivariate tests across ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversions.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Support brand storytelling and campaign initiatives through a data-informed approach.
Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
4–6+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
Proven success managing both paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) campaigns.
Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content best practices.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Ads Manager, and social ad platforms.
Analytical mindset — fluent in performance metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Creative, strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and organization.
Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced, start-up environment and can manage multiple projects independently.
Strong understanding of keyword intent, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Experience running global campaigns and managing multi-market budgets.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification(s).
Knowledge of SaaS marketing funnels and lead scoring models.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
