Key Responsibilities

1Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Develop and own the full-funnel growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and referral for SaaS customers.
  • Run structured A/B tests, multivariate tests, and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics (CTR, MQL → SQL conversion, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • Build and maintain a robust experimentation roadmap, including ideation, prioritization, execution, and reporting.

Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, email, webinars, partnerships, and communities.
  • Optimize paid campaigns for efficiency and scale, ensuring CAC targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with Content and Product teams to create high-performing landing pages, lead magnets, and funnels.

Funnel Optimization & Conversion

  • Improve onboarding flows, trial-to-paid journeys, and product-led growth touchpoints.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies via heatmaps, analytics, user research, and behavioral insights.
  • Design automated nurture journeys to move leads from awareness → consideration → purchase.

Product-Led Growth (PLG) Enablement

  • Partner with Product to analyze user behavior and identify friction points across the customer journey.
  • Drive initiatives such as feature adoption campaigns, in-app messaging, onboarding triggers, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and promotion experiments.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own growth KPIs and dashboards covering:
  • Acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, MQL, SQL)
  • Activation metrics (trial usage, onboarding completion, time-to-value)
  • Retention metrics (DAU/MAU, churn, NRR)
  • Revenue metrics (LTV, expansion, upgrades)
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure lead handoff quality, pipeline velocity, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to reduce churn and improve product adoption.
  • Partner with Design & Engineering for landing page tests, website optimization, and product-led experiments.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation—preferably with SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel growth campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing frameworks, CRO, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Hotjar, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and paid media platforms.
  • Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Understanding of PLG motions, SaaS funnels, and subscription economics (CAC, LTV, MRR, NRR).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS startups.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM workflows.
