We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager with a strong specialization in Google Ads to scale paid media campaigns for an international e-commerce brand.
The ideal candidate has deep experience managing large ad budgets, strong analytical and strategy skills, and a proven track record of driving profitable growth, ROAS optimization, conversion performance, and audience scaling.

This role requires someone who understands the full funnel of performance marketing, including acquisition, remarketing, retention, and lifetime value planning—specific to e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth-focused paid marketing strategies using Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).
  • Optimize user acquisition funnels with a focus on CAC reduction, LTV improvement, and ROAS scaling.
  • Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and structured data for maximum product visibility.
  • Monitor daily ad performance and conduct strategic optimization across bids, creatives, targeting, and segmentation.
  • Lead testing strategies, including A/B tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding models.
  • Work closely with the product, content, design, and CRO teams to improve landing pages, product listing quality, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage insights from GA4, GTM, attribution models, and cross-channel analytics to guide spend decisions and forecasting.
  • Oversee monthly budgets, forecasting, pacing, and scaling strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build automated reporting dashboards and present marketing performance reports to leadership.
  • Stay updated with platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and e-commerce digital marketing trends (especially US consumer behavior).

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands (mandatory).
  • Must have experience working for or managing campaigns for international/USA-based e-commerce brands.
  • Proven record of managing mid-to-high monthly budgets ($50K–$300K) with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of paid media funnel strategies and growth marketing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Performance Max & Shopping
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • Shopify or other e-commerce CMS
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using:
  • Looker Studio / Data Studio
  • Attribution modeling
  • Marketing automation tools
  • Ability to build growth strategies not just manage campaigns—data-driven leadership mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with retargeting platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRO, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Experience managing creative briefs for ad copy, creatives, and UGC marketing.
  • Experience working with clothing/fashion brands is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
