Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and reservations in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guest issues and ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment with proper record-keeping.
- Update guest information, manage daily reports, and support administrative and scheduling tasks.
- Uphold hotel hospitality standards by providing courteous, efficient, and consistent service at all times.
