Key Responsibilities1. Guest Services

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest complaints, requests, and queries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and personalized service.
  • Maintain guest history and preferences for future stays.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements.
  • Ensure accurate communication of guest needs and special arrangements.
  • Update guest information in PMS.

3. Reservations & Front Desk Operations

  • Assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records, billing, and payment procedures.
  • Ensure lobby area is clean, presentable, and guest-friendly.

4. Guest Experience & Satisfaction

  • Conduct guest feedback calls / surveys.
  • Address issues proactively to prevent repeated complaints.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and upsell where necessary.

5. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain grooming standards as per hotel policy.
  • Uphold hotel policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
  • Represent the hotel with a positive and friendly attitude.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Good knowledge of hotel operations & PMS systems.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
