This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Agent role based in Dubai. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to inquiries. The role also includes assisting guests with their needs, providing information about the hotel's services, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to address guest requests promptly and professionally.

Experience Needed

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in managing reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures

  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns effectively

  • Basic technical skills related to hospitality management systems and software

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel is preferred

  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
