Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting and escorting all arriving VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring timely luggage transfer and a courteous check in process.
• Provide latest information on hotel's outlets, amenities, services and facilities while actively upselling and making reservations as needed.
• Share historical and cultural facts of the destination and act as a storyteller for Jumeirah and hotel differentiators.
• Handle administrative duties of the Guest Relations operation and communicate daily with the business to support hotel operations and improve guest stay experience.
• Respond to guest requests for services (e.g., directions, transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations) by making arrangements and following up to ensure satisfaction.

About You

• Minimum of 1 year luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
