H-R Executive

We are hiring HR executive (only male) in following cities.

Bahawalpur

Faisalabad

Islamabad

Gujranwala

Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes and applications.
• Manage hiring process of sales & marketing team with resume collecting through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews with the concern Manager personally and online.
• To evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for the marketing team.
• Update employee record in ERP system, scanning and uploading.
• Manage and verification of employee documentations with accuracy.
• Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial contact to job offer negotiation and onboarding, and coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Manage employee reports.

Skills:

Expert in Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP/SAP.

Experience: 05 year’s experience as same role in FMCG

Beverages experienced candidates will be preferred

Education: Graduation
