We are a Beauty Salon located inside the mall in Dubai.

We are looking for a talented Female Hairstylist / Salon Supervisor to lead our salon team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the salon business, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Salon Operations & Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols in the salon.
• Handle inventory and ensure all products and tools are well-stocked.

✅ Team Coordination & Leadership

• Supervise the salon staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct staff training and keep the team updated with the latest trends and techniques.
• Schedule shifts and manage team performance to maximize efficiency.

✅ Client Experience

• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle client complaints professionally.
• Build relationships with loyal clients and attract new customers through referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce new services and keep the salon competitive.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Hairstylist and/or Salon Supervisor.
✔ Strong knowledge of salon operations, products, and services.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Passion for beauty, hair care, and customer service.
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
