We are seeking a talented and passionate FEMALE HAIRDRESSER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in advanced hair coloring techniques, cutting-edge styles, and expert precision cutting. This role is perfect for someone who loves making clients feel confident and beautiful through customized hair solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform color correction services to restore and enhance client hair color
• Apply advanced coloring techniques including:
• Highlights
• Balayage
• Ombre
• Execute professional hair blowdry services with various styling finishes
• Deliver expert haircuts with a focus on:
• Pixie cuts
• Bob cuts
• Boy cuts
• Razor cutting techniques
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to health and safety standards
• Stay updated with current hair trends, products, and techniques

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional hair stylist and colorist
• Strong portfolio showcasing cutting and coloring skills
• Expertise in razor cutting and short hairstyles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work with diverse hair types and textures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Up-to-date knowledge of salon products and tools

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
