Job Purpose:
The jobholder is responsible to provide haircare services to employees residing in Company accommodation to ensure compliance with the set grooming standards
Key Result Areas:
1. Provide hair care services as per the Company*s grooming guidelines such as haircut, blow-dry, beard trimming, and basic styling to meet the gender specific grooming requirements for the employees in the assigned male or female accommodation.
2. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preference to offer advice and suggestions as needed.
3. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the workstation by sanitizing and sterilizing hair care tools, in compliance with facility protocols and local regulations.
4. Stay updated of industry trends and advancements in hair care techniques and products to ensure service provision.
5. Efficiently manage time to accommodate a high volume of customers within designated timeline.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
1.Certification or Diploma in Hairdressing.
Work Experience:
1.Minimum 2 years of experience as a hairdresser or stylist.
2.Having worked in a diverse environment dealing with customers directly and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills:
1.Effective communication skills.
2.Detail oriented.
