Hairstylist - Senior

HAIRDRESSER AL KHOBAR CITY - Saudi Arabia (KSA) START: ASAP / December 2025 (Visa pending) TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Sunday
• 1x day off per week (guaranteed)
• Paid Annual Leave upon 12 months of employment completed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Female
2. Valid Passport for travel
3. Fit and healthy for international employment (mentally & physically)
4. Certified Hairdresser / Cosmetologist
5. At least 5+ years experience in a high-end salon, day spa or ship environment
6. GCC employment experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Thorough understanding of current trends in hair
• Ability to develop rapport with clients, and to understand and help them explain/clarify complex/specific requests.
• Balayage, Colour, Highlights, Colour corrections
• Blow dry - all types of hair

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. 1. Able to assist multiple clients simultaneously
   2. Retail confident, comfortable with recommendations
   3. Comfortable with client education and demonstrations
   4. Confidently re-book clients
   5. Strong team-dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
