Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general residential maintenance and repair tasks
• Complete turnover repair work in vacant rental units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot property issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate clearly with team members, tenants, and supervisors
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work
• Strong skills in basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A working smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude
