Job Description – Head Barista
Overview
The Head Barista oversees all coffee operation on the property, ensuring high-quality beverages, smooth café workflow, and strict adherence to hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Hot & Cold beverage operations and supervise barista team.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
- Train baristas on brewing techniques, customer service, and SOPs.
- Ensure consistent beverage taste, presentation, and speed of service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café consumables source & order products as needed
- Calibrate espresso machines and grinders.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate with F&B Head for menu updates and stock ordering.
- Innovate and keep track of new products & market trends.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years barista experience, including at least 1 year in a senior/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
