Job description:
We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing (Global) to lead the brand vision, strategy, and experience for the flagship brands of CACTUS across international markets (Japan, Korea, China, U.S., Europe, and Rest of World). This is a senior strategic role responsible for strengthening our global brand presence and ensuring consistent, digitally native brand experiences that drive measurable impact on acquisition, preference, and long-term customer value. You will own the global brand narrative, messaging frameworks, and storytelling strategy and partner with the Creative Director to translate strategy into compelling visual and creative execution across campaigns and brand touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a brand leader who has scaled high-growth consumer tech or B2C SaaS brands and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the Global brand strategy and architecture for CACTUS’ services and products brand portfolio. Spearhead digital-first consumer engagement to significantly increase brand health (Awareness, Consideration, Preference) and market adoption, transforming the brands into world-class consumer brands.

Define the core positioning, value proposition, and messaging for all services and products. Establish and govern the global brand guidelines and asset library to ensure consistency in identity and tone across all regions and consumer touch points.

Establish a global consumer insights roadmap (qualitative and quantitative) to track brand health, identify customer friction points, and identify unmet needs. Continuously monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic direction.

Be the ultimate owner for defining, tracking, and publishing brand health metrics. Measure and report the impact of brand initiatives on core business metrics (traffic, conversions, retention). Be the advocate for innovative digital channels and platforms for awareness and adoption.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Design and Creative) to ensure market insights are leveraged for product development and marketing collateral creation.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- 8+ years in global brand management (or regional brand management for a multi-national firm), with a proven track record of scaling a portfolio of multiple digital consumers or B2C SaaS brands.

Experience with brand-led growth, linking brand health to revenue, efficiency, retention, and LTV. Experience managing significant brand and marketing budgets is essential.

Deep working knowledge and strategic oversight of MarTech (Marketing Technology), digital attribution models, and advanced analytics to diagnose brand performance, optimize the global media mix, and drive data-informed consumer insights.

A compelling creative mindset with a demonstrated flair for strategic storytelling and defining content creation across digital platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in influencing cross-cultural, globally distributed teams.

Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing direct reports and providing direction and mentorship to cross-functional and creative teams.
