Head chef

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Head Chef who can lead our kitchen and develop a high-quality, creative menu for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for menu creation, food preparation, quality control, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a full menu (burgers, sandwiches, fries, noodles, sauces, etc.).
• Create recipes, food portions, costing, and standard procedures.
• Prepare and cook menu items consistently with high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Work efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Chef with menu-creation skills.
• Strong knowledge of seasoning, sauces, and modern cooking techniques.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
• Creativity and passion for developing new food items.
• Good communication and reliability.
