We are hiring for a Head – Electrical & Electronics Engineering role for our Noida operations.

Position: Head – Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Location: Noida
Experience: 5–7+ Years (Design + Control Systems + Team Handling)
Employment Type: Full-time
Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Electrical & Electronics Engineering department
• Design and develop electronic control systems
• Oversee panel design, wiring schematics, and system architecture
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of projects
• Technically support production & project teams
• Drive innovation and improve product performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Vendor coordination for parts, components & technical integration
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, QA standards, and documentation
• Mentor and guide junior engineers & technicians

Required Skills & Background:

• B.Tech (EEE / ECE / Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
• Strong experience in electronic control systems design
• Hands-on knowledge of PCB, sensors, drivers, motors, PLC basics
• Expertise in electrical panels, wiring, diagrams, troubleshooting
• Good leadership, team management & communication skills
• Experience in fountain, automation, control systems, or similar industries is an added advantage

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (Depending on experience & expertise)
