Supervise, mentor, and support the hosting team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

  • Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and act as their main point of contact.
  • Manage guest flow and seating to maximize turnover while maintaining service quality.
  • Take and process reservations (in person, phone, or email) promptly and accurately, maintaining the guest database.
  • Ensure guests consistently receive professional, high-standard service and handle complaints effectively.
  • Prepare and organize operational materials, reporting tasks, and maintain a clean, professional work area.
  • Support event-related activities, including table setups and maintaining the restaurant, lounge, and beach club areas.
  • Attend departmental briefings, follow SOPs, and ensure open communication within the team.
  • Resolve and report internal team issues and assist waiters or head waiters when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with grooming standards, hygiene, company policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support business operations.
