Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting and sophisticated first impression.
- Manage restaurant reservations, seating charts, and guest waiting lists efficiently to ensure smooth service operations.
- Communicate guest preferences, VIP details, and special requests to the service and kitchen teams.
- Lead and train the hostess team, maintaining exceptional service standards and guest engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows using the restaurant management system.
- Coordinate closely with managers and servers to optimize table turnover while preserving a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Support event setups, private dining arrangements, and promotional initiatives as needed.
- Uphold Atlantis and Ossiano s brand standards in grooming, etiquette, and guest relations.
