Proposed interview dates: TBCClosing date for Applications: 9 December 2025 Job Overview NLCS (Singapore) is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and visionary Head of Early Years to join the Junior School from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Early Years phase as the school expands its provision to include Nursery, while teaching as a class teacher in Pre-KG or KG1.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the educational experience across the Early Years aligns with the high expectations and ethos of NLCS (Singapore). They will provide leadership and support to colleagues in the Early Years team, oversee curriculum design and delivery, and ensure that learning is ambitious, joyful, and developmentally appropriate for every child.The postholder will work closely with the Junior School Principal and Vice Principal (Academic) to maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning, ensuring a seamless transition into the next stages of the Junior School. They will also play a key role in building strong relationships with parents and supporting the wellbeing and personal development of each child.All members of staff at NLCS (Singapore) are expected to contribute fully to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the school.
