Hiring: E-Commerce Lead (AGM/DGM Level)

📍 Location: Bangalore

💰 Budget: 40–45 LPA

We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Lead to manage and scale the online business across own website & app, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. The role involves driving online sales of gold & silver minted coins, bars, and other precious metal products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end E-commerce operations with strong ownership of P&L.

Manage own D2C platform (website & app) for acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Handle marketplace & quick commerce partnerships.

Oversee operations, fulfilment, pricing, margins, and cost management.

Work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Drive data-based decision making and performance optimization.

Requirements

8–12 years of experience in E-commerce operations (D2C + marketplace preferred).

Strong execution skills with deep understanding of digital commerce platforms.

Proven experience managing P&L and scaling online business.
