What You'll Be Doing

• Providing expert legal counsel across diverse markets and industries, managing legal matters with a global scope.
• Leading the development and scaling of the IP function for the business.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to develop robust legal risk management strategies and implement efficient legal processes tailored to a tech innovation environment.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders including finance, compliance, and operations to drive strategic business decisions and M&A activities.
• Overseeing management of complex transactions, contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.
