Head of Marketing Communications
We are ESCO – Electronic Security Company, proudly partnered with global leaders in security and communication systems including Hikvision, ITC, and Bosch. We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing Communications to shape and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms, communication channels, and live events. In this leadership role, you will leverage your strategic vision and hands-on expertise—alongside internal teams and external partners—to drive cohesive messaging, campaigns, and experiences that resonate with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media

Lead the development of compelling social media strategies and content calendars focused on surveillance and communication solutions

Oversee creative campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring on-brand visuals and messaging

Direct production of graphics, videos, animations, and technical product overviews for social channels

Manage website content updates and user experience enhancements

Supervise newsletters and email direct marketing (EDM) programs, maintaining a segmented email database for targeted outreach
Brand & Corporate Communications

Define and maintain the company’s brand guidelines across all print and digital assets

Craft and update corporate profiles, “About Us” narratives, organization charts, and executive biographies

Compile and present financial and performance metrics to reinforce brand positioning
Events, Promotions & Collateral

Conceptualize and execute promotional activities, including branded giveaways, uniforms, and printed materials

Plan and manage corporate events, seminars, and tradeshows—from logistics and guest engagement to post-event follow-up

Collaborate with the Technical team to develop high-impact commercial presentations and product demos
Retail Branding & Signage

Oversee design, production, and installation of signboards, billboards, and in-store displays for company and dealer outlets

Ensure consistent brand application across wall graphics, point-of-sale stands, and office décor

Schedule and coordinate marketing videos and infographics for retail environments
Leadership & Collaboration

Serve as the company’s principal spokesperson at public, media, and corporate events

Partner with Sales, Technical, and Pre-sales teams to align communications with business objectives

Mentor and guide junior marketing staff and external vendors
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Visual Design

Exceptional writing and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse B2B and B2C audiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
