Join the team at Messe Frankfurt Middle East as Head of Marketing for our Consumer Goods portfolio, where you'll lead innovative marketing strategies that elevate audience engagement, drive growth, and strengthen brand presence across our flagship events.

This role will be pivotal to the continued success of Beautyworld Middle East, one of our most iconic exhibitions, alongside Paperworld Middle East and Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East. You'll spearhead creative and data-driven campaigns, inspire a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to position these shows as the region's leading consumer goods events.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the marketing strategy for the Consumer Goods portfolio, overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of campaigns for Beautyworld Middle East, Paperworld Middle East, and Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Director and Show Directors to develop and deliver insight-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive visitor acquisition, exhibitor engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability to deliver impactful results.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI across all campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, agency partners, and external collaborators to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Leverage data analytics, segmentation, and persona development to deliver targeted campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Champion the use of marketing automation tools and digital innovation to enhance lead generation, tracking, and audience engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Messe Frankfurt's global standards, maintaining excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within the events or exhibitions industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading diverse teams and managing agencies.
  • Proficiency in data-driven marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
