Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to architect and lead Bybit's next phase of global marketing evolution. This role will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Bybit's marketing engine-ensuring alignment between brand, growth, and business outcomes. You will build and scale a high-impact, data-driven marketing organization that drives measurable growth, market relevance, and brand resonance across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute the global marketing operations roadmap, aligning with corporate strategy and market priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business heads to define marketing goals, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Elevate marketing operations-bringing speed, precision, and accountability to strategy and execution.

2. Growth & Performance Enablement

  • Build scalable frameworks that connect marketing investments to measurable growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking across global initiatives.
  • Drive a data-driven, analytical culture-using insights to sharpen messaging, improve ROI, and optimize performance.

3. Market Expansion & GTM

  • Lead global and regional go-to-market efforts for new products and business lines, ensuring localization and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business teams to accelerate user growth and market adoption.
  • Create integration mechanisms that connect brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, fostering creativity, discipline, and ownership.
  • Redefine marketing structures and workflows to support cross-regional collaboration and scale.
  • Shape a strong, performance-driven culture that values innovation, agility, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within FinTech, Crypto, or high-growth tech ecosystems.
  • Proven success in building and scaling global marketing frameworks and leading multi-regional teams.
  • Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational execution.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English fluency is a must; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus to support effective engagement with global and regional leadership.
  • Analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-impact environment.
