We’re currently doubling revenue year-on-year — and we’re only getting started. 

Over the next 5 years, we’re expanding into footwear, scaling our menswear collections, launching a global paid media engine, and building deeper CRM-driven customer relationships. With an obsessive focus on product and brand identity, we aim to multiply growth and build a category-defining fashion powerhouse. 


The Role: Head of Performance & Growth

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven growth leader who can architect and scale a high-performing acquisition engine across all major channels. 


As Head of Performance & Growth, you will own our global paid acquisition strategy, creative testing ecosystem, attribution infrastructure, and overall performance roadmap. This is a high-impact leadership role with the freedom — and budget — to build something exceptional. 


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Own and scale all paid acquisition channels:  Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Google
  • Build and execute  aggressive scaling strategies  that reduce CAC while growing revenue 
  • Develop and run  creative testing frameworks ; collaborate with UGC and content teams 
  • Work directly with the Founder, Creative Lead, and Data team to launch and scale winning campaigns 
  • Use  Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and in-platform tools  to drive data-backed decision making 
  • Build dashboards, advanced attribution models, and full-funnel landing page strategies 
  • Run A/B tests, optimise creative pipelines, and identify full-funnel growth opportunities 
  • Create geo-specific scaling playbooks for the UK, EU, US, and UAE 
  • Analyse product performance, contribution profit, LTV cohorts, and market dynamics to unlock new growth 
  • Build and lead a high-performance team of media buyers as the function scales 


Who You Are


  • You’ve managed  £5M+ annual ad spend  — Meta is your primary battlefield 
  • You’ve scaled brands from  low 8-figures to mid/high 8-figures  in revenue 
  • Equal parts  creative thinker and data scientist  — you thrive at the intersection of both 
  • You understand what makes winning creatives, how to brief them, and how to test systematically 
  • You think in angles, optimisations, funnels, and long-term systems — not just ads 
  • You understand eCommerce economics:  CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, nROAS
  • You’re fast, driven, autonomous, and thrive in high-growth environments 
  • You want to build a  scalable growth machine , not just manage campaigns 


Must-Have Experience


  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad buying  at scale
  • Google Ads experience (highly preferred) 
  • Creative strategy + concept testing frameworks 
  • Tools:  Triple Whale, GA4, Post-Purchase Attribution, landing page optimisation
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, attribution, and cross-channel performance mapping
