Studiolab is a fast-growing digital studio based in Dubai, building high-performance online services across Europe, the US, and the MENA region.
We operate multiple acquisition funnels and digital platforms (lead gen, e-commerce, AI tools, SaaS, paid content, etc.) and we are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Performance Marketing Lead able to manage several projects in parallel.

If you love data, ads, tracking and scaling multiple businesses at once, this role is for you.

Your Mission

You will manage and scale digital acquisition across several international projects.
Your focus: execution, analysis, iteration, and growth.

  • Launch, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Build advanced tracking setups using GTM, GA4, server-side tracking, CAPI
  • Create visuals (static & short video) using AI/Canva/Figma
  • Run multi-geography campaigns: Europe, USA, MENA
  • Improve funnels, landing pages, and CVR with fast iterations
  • Build dashboards (Looker Studio, Sheets) and report on key KPIs
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to improve performance
  • Manage several projects at the same time with high autonomy

Required Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Tag Manager (mandatory)
  • Strong skills in tracking, analytics, event setup, attribution
  • Ability to create ads visuals (Canva, AI tools, basic video editing)
  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven, structured
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • French speaking is a strong plus
  • Experience with multi-country campaigns (EU/US/MENA) is a plus
  • Experience in lead-gen or conversion-focused funnels is highly valued

Bonus Skills (Not required, but appreciated)

  • Experience with Taboola/Outbrain
  • Basic SEO understanding
  • Experience with Make/Zapier automations
  • Experience with high-risk, compliance-heavy or multi-vertical environments
  • Interest in AI tools and prompt engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
