Head of Planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields,
• Minimum 6–8 years of planning experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, and at least 10 years of total professional experience,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems,
• Ability to interpret financial statements (budget, income statement, cash flow, cost analysis),
• Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, investment evaluation, and cost analysis,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and fast decision-making abilities,
• Proficient in planning, coordination, and team management,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Residing or willing to reside in Eskişehir or Kütahya.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimized production plans that align capacity, resources, and demand to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee material, line capacity, and inventory planning processes; ensure accuracy and integrity of ERP data.
• Maintain strong cross-functional coordination with all departments, particularly Sales, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
• Monitor lead times, shipments, and inventory management activities to secure on-time delivery performance.
• Analyze production line efficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to budgeting, costing, and pricing processes through accurate planning insights.
• Establish departmental objectives; lead the planning team, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and professional development.
