Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for continuous improvement
• Hire, evaluate, and develop an excellent faculty
• Oversee student admissions, placements, and discipline
• Manage budgets, staffing, facilities, and resources
• Liaise with parents and external educational bodies
• Promote achievement of academic standards and goals

Requirements to APPLY

• Master's degree in Education, preferably
• 3+ years as a Primary School Principal or comparable role
• Thorough knowledge of American curriculum standards
• Experience with data analysis and instructional best practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
