Overview

We are seeking a motivational and dynamic Head of Reception to lead our front-of-house team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the club.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the reception team to deliver the highest standards of service.
  • Oversee daily operations including staff management, sales, cash handling, and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Anticipate and respond to member needs, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive sales initiatives and contribute to achieving monthly targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards across the club.
Experience Required
  • Strong leadership skills with a motivational, lead by example approach.
  • Passionate about fitness, health, and delivering great customer service.
  • Flexible with working hours and available during peak times.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, fitness, or leisure preferred).
  • First Aid certification is an advantage (training can be provided).
