Role Summary

Provide Strategy and Guidance to the Senior Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers in line with the overall objectives of Commercial Lines Leadership

Efficient planning and execution of the Broker and Client Management Strategy

Manage Relationships across Key brokers and Key clients
-
Develop Presentations to demonstrate capabilities and performance levels
-
Conduct regular and structured meetings with Brokers and Key clients
-
Review current offering and enhance cross selling opportunities
-
Collaborate with internal functions and ensure agreed SLAs are delivered in a timely manner
Key Role Responsibilities

Accountability and Ownership for the Performance of the Relationship Management Team

Establish KPIs and ensure the team is delivering the agreed KPIs consistently

Conduct market events and road shows to develop and maintain Visibility for Commercial Lines
-
Be a focal point for Brokers and Key clients

Handle escalations and ensure amicable solutions
Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies Required
-
Minimum 12+ years of experience in UAE in a Relationship Management Role with an Insurance Company or a Broker handling Commercial Lines
-
Good knowledge of Property, Engineering, Marine, Casualty and Financial lines

Good Interpersonal and Relationship Management skills

Good Communication and Presentation skills

Good people management and Leadership skills

Resilient and Result Oriented

Good team player

Good Fluency in English and Bilingual capabilities Preferred
