Role Summary

  • Provide Strategy and Guidance to the Senior Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers in line with the overall objectives of Commercial Lines Leadership
  • Efficient planning and execution of the Broker and Client Management Strategy
  • Manage Relationships across Key brokers and Key clients
  • Develop Presentations to demonstrate capabilities and performance levels
  • Conduct regular and structured meetings with Brokers and Key clients
  • Review current offering and enhance cross selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal functions and ensure agreed SLAs are delivered in a timely manner


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Accountability and Ownership for the Performance of the Relationship Management Team
  • Establish KPIs and ensure the team is delivering the agreed KPIs consistently
  • Conduct market events and road shows to develop and maintain Visibility for Commercial Lines
  • Be a focal point for Brokers and Key clients
  • Handle escalations and ensure amicable solutions


Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies Required


  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in UAE in a Relationship Management Role with an Insurance Company or a Broker handling Commercial Lines
  • Good knowledge of Property, Engineering, Marine, Casualty and Financial lines
  • Good Interpersonal and Relationship Management skills
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills
  • Good people management and Leadership skills
  • Resilient and Result Oriented
  • Good team player
  • Good Fluency in English and Bilingual capabilities Preferred
