Head of Relationship Management - Commercial Lines Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategy and guidance to the Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers in line with the overall objectives of Commercial Lines Leadership.
- Efficient planning and execution of the broker and client management strategy.
- Manage relationships across key brokers and key clients.
- Develop presentations to demonstrate capabilities and performance levels.
- Conduct regular and structured meetings with brokers and key clients.
- Review current offering and enhance cross selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal functions and ensure agreed SLAs are delivered in a timely manner.
- Accountability and ownership for the performance of the relationship management team.
- Establish KPIs and ensure the team delivers the agreed KPIs consistently.
- Conduct market events and road shows to develop and maintain visibility for commercial lines.
- Be a focal point for brokers and key clients and handle escalations to ensure amicable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in UAE in a relationship management role with an insurance company or broker handling commercial lines.
- Good knowledge of property, engineering, marine, casualty and financial lines.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
- Good people management and leadership skills.
- Resilient and results oriented.
- Team player attitude.
- Fluency in English; bilingual capabilities preferred.
