Head of Relationship Management - Commercial Lines Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategy and guidance to the Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers in line with the overall objectives of Commercial Lines Leadership.
  • Efficient planning and execution of the broker and client management strategy.
  • Manage relationships across key brokers and key clients.
  • Develop presentations to demonstrate capabilities and performance levels.
  • Conduct regular and structured meetings with brokers and key clients.
  • Review current offering and enhance cross selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal functions and ensure agreed SLAs are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Accountability and ownership for the performance of the relationship management team.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure the team delivers the agreed KPIs consistently.
  • Conduct market events and road shows to develop and maintain visibility for commercial lines.
  • Be a focal point for brokers and key clients and handle escalations to ensure amicable solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in UAE in a relationship management role with an insurance company or broker handling commercial lines.
  • Good knowledge of property, engineering, marine, casualty and financial lines.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good people management and leadership skills.
  • Resilient and results oriented.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual capabilities preferred.
