Work Location: Qatar

Industry: O&G,

Experience: >10years,

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory),

Work hours per day: 10 hrs/day

Work Days per Week: 5 days/week

Work day per Month: 22 days/month

Mission start: February 2026

Contract Term: 3years

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

 10 years’ experience in Engineering roles , including 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry, and including 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

 Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors,

vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

 Experienced and competent in managing all phases of project execution including start up and handover, and managing technical issues.

 Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over.

 processes/procedures.

 Strong knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies.

 Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.

 Good knowledge in project planning, gate reviews, scheduling, cost control, change management, etc.

 Experience in contract management, negotiations, and managing contractors.

 Experience in high pressure pumping system and Design Approach 2 Studies model and analyse pulsation study.

 Plus have been working within a rotating equipment Vendor/Manufacturer

Technical and Business Skills

 Fluent in written and oral English.

 Strong analytical, organisational, coordination and planning skills.

 Good communication skills and ability to interact / interface at all levels.

 Good mediation skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy

 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.

 Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices for machinery discipline
