Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Head to lead and scale our Golden Visa vertical. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader who can drive revenue growth, build high performing teams, and establish PRYPCO as the market leader in Golden Visa services. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of UAE residency programs with proven B2B/B2C sales leadership experience in the real estate or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for the Golden Visa vertical
  • Set ambitious yet achievable revenue targets and KPIs aligned with company objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies within the Golden Visa ecosystem
  • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including government entities, PROs, and real estate developers
Sales Operations
  • Lead end to end sales process from lead generation to visa issuance
  • Optimize sales funnels and conversion rates across all channels
  • Implement CRM systems and sales automation tools to enhance productivity
  • Develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE immigration laws and regulations
Team Management
  • Build, train, and mentor a high performing sales team
  • Create comprehensive training programs on Golden Visa regulations, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Establish performance management frameworks and incentive structures
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Business Development
  • Cultivate relationships with HNWIs, real estate investors, and corporate clients
  • Develop channel partnerships with real estate agencies, wealth management firms, and immigration consultants
  • Create referral programs and strategic alliances to expand market reach
  • Represent PRYPCO at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Customer Experience
  • Ensure exceptional customer journey from initial inquiry to visa approval
  • Implement customer feedback systems and continuous improvement processes
  • Handle escalations and complex cases with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and generate positive testimonials
Cross functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with Product team to enhance the Golden Visa offering based on market feedback
  • Partner with Operations to streamline visa processing workflows
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
Required Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within real estate, financial services, or immigration services
  • Deep understanding of UAE Golden Visa program, eligibility criteria, and application processes
  • Experience working with government entities and PRO services
