We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Sales & Marketing with strong expertise in the K–12 school sector. This is a Working Partner / Ownership-based leadership role for individuals who have deep knowledge of school admissions, education marketing, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire Sales & Marketing operations of the school.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase student admissions and brand visibility.
  • Build and manage partnerships with parents, communities, academies, and education networks.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and admission funnels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive school growth.
  • Train and supervise counsellors and admission teams.
  • Represent the school at events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align goals with school vision.
  • Take ownership responsibility to support school expansion and long-term development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of K–12 school systems, admissions, and education operations.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work as a strategic partner, contributing to business decisions.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital marketing campaigns.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in leadership roles in schools, online education, or ed-tech companies.
  • Willingness to work in a partner-level role with growth and ownership opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
