We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Sales & Marketing with strong expertise in the K–12 school sector. This is a Working Partner / Ownership-based leadership role for individuals who have deep knowledge of school admissions, education marketing, and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire Sales & Marketing operations of the school.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase student admissions and brand visibility.
- Build and manage partnerships with parents, communities, academies, and education networks.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and admission funnels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive school growth.
- Train and supervise counsellors and admission teams.
- Represent the school at events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align goals with school vision.
- Take ownership responsibility to support school expansion and long-term development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of K–12 school systems, admissions, and education operations.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work as a strategic partner, contributing to business decisions.
- Experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital marketing campaigns.
Preferred
- Prior experience in leadership roles in schools, online education, or ed-tech companies.
- Willingness to work in a partner-level role with growth and ownership opportunities.
